Product Overview J-B WELD WATERWELD is a hand-mixable, two-part epoxy putty stick designed for underwater curing. Ideal for a variety of applications including plumbing, fuel tanks, tubs and showers, drains, pools and spas, boats, and potable water tanks, this product is certified by NSF for safe contact with potable water.

Cure and Set Time After mixing the two-part formula by hand, WaterWeld cures in just 1 hour after 25 minutes of setting. The cured color is off-white, ensuring easy identification.

Product Features and Strength With a lap shear strength of 1300 PSI, J-B Weld WaterWeld can handle continuous temperatures up to 300°F (149°C) and intermittent temperatures of 350°F (176°C). It is also resistant to chemicals such as petroleum, hydraulic fluids, and other substances when fully cured.

Surface Applications This versatile putty works on a range of surfaces, including iron, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, bronze, fiberglass, and plastic (PVC).
